When a loved one passes away, there is often very little time to organise and prepare for honouring and cherishing their memory in a meaningful way. We completely understand the difficulties faced at such a time, and will always do our best to respond in a timely manner to your tribute/video recording request.
Where a livestream is not required or wanted, we offer video recording of your service, with the option of attending a second location for burials etc. We will upload the video of the service and/or burial online usually within 4 hours after the end of the proceedings with a link provided to the family to share. This link will remain accessible for a full twelve months, during which time anyone with the private link can view and/or download the service in it’s entirety. The video is only accessible via the private link.
Providing feed from a camera recording in the main chapel/venue to a secondary overflow room, hall, marquee etc, up to 50 metres distance from the main venue - this can be a vital component for services where numbers exceed the venue capacity, such as in smaller churches or halls which have a special significance to the family, but aren't designed to accommodate the numbers required to ensure all attending can hear and see the service. AV Productions offers live streaming of services. This ensures family and friends who are unable to attend can watch the service in real-time, or at any time they wish. AV Productions will store the video recording safely with password protected access to the private link, accessed via email invitation. This link can be revisited any time in the following 12 months for viewing and/or downloading.
NB: Delivery of this service requires an internet connection at the given location. In the event we cannot access a mobile connection via our 4G modem and antenna, we will advise you immediately on the day (or prior to the day if we are able to ascertain the coverage beforehand), and record and upload the service video usually within 4 hours of the end of the service (please refer to ‘Video Recording of Services’).
‘Funeral Recording Services’ provides live streaming of services to ensure the best possible coverage of the proceedings for those who can’t be there on the day. We are discreet and professional, utilising a 2 camera mix to ensure a seamless experience for those attending via the webcast link. We also offer full Audio Visual support with sound systems, projector and screen options, and full onsite operator management of the proceedings, with playback of music and video clips of your choice throughout the service. We can simulcast to an overflow hall or marquee onsite where required. We can also assist you with creation of slideshow tribute videos for playback on the day.
